Something Percy shared with me today that’s starting to make it’s way around the blogosphere…Augmented Reality meets Nintendo DSi = Ghostwire Game. This is the first time AR has been used with a gaming device, developed by A different Game from Sweden.
The game itself was born out of a mobile version developed for Nokia’s Mobile Innovation Game challenge – which they won! I remember seeing this and thinking it was one of the more inventive uses of Mobile AR out there. Of course, this was before all the location-based AR app’s like Wikitude and Layar began to surface.
Check it out Ghostbusters!
