This is a cool info graph, but one stat has actually changed. Android is the #1 OS as of February this year (whoot):
Mobile internet will pass desktop in a hot minute
This is the current Android fragmentation (right now building to 2.0 and higher is the norm):
Also don’t forget that there is iOS fragmentation, so you need to test on devices that have not been updated to the latest OS.
Android is making a KILLING:
NFC is coming to a phone near you real soon… (better than RFID because it communicates both ways, not just a reader):
