MINI has launched an awesome iPhone and Blackberry roadside assist app for Mini Cooper owners in partnership with Allstate.
After choosing an issue from the list (such as a dead battery or flat tire), the owner can tap the Call button and send the car info and location immediately to a roadside assistance rep at Allstate.
The app will prvovide an ETA, reference number and the name of the rep who is handling the issue. An automated follow-up confirmation is also sent to your phone via the app.
An excellent example of a brand providing utility for it’s consumer!
