More Amazing Data Visualization

Visual Complexity, is a site created by Manuel Lima, who according to his site was:
“Nominated by Creativity magazine as one of the 50 most creative and influential minds of 2009 Manuel Lima is an interaction designer, information architect and design researcher.”
The site is much like Stamen, in that it takes large data sets, and tries to visualize them in beautiful and informative ways, that reveal interesting trends and ideas. For example one map show the “most remote place in the world” by overlaying population data with road, and travel data:
Definetly worth checking out.
