X&Y Light Object

X&Y is the new brainchild from Australian lighting designer Flynn Talbot. The glowing, globe-like object responds to touch, casting different shades of colored, ambient light depending on the way the user manipulates it.

Plastic Bag Installation

An installation by artist Nils Volker animates ordinary plastic bags mounted on the wall, making them expand and contract — and interact with passersby — by using microcontrollers and cooling fans. The result is a slightly eerie and captivating interactive experience.

In 2009, Urban Screen and artist Daniel Rossa teamed up to create 555 Kubik, a facade installation meant to transform the way spectators engaged with O. M. Ungers “Galerie der Gegenwart.”

At the 2009 Branchage Film Festival, Seeper Interactive used innovative projection technology to change festival-goers experience of urban space.
