Introducing PrintBrush: a handheld inkjet printer that ingeniously prints on any surface using optics and navigation software.
Lazer sensors track the PrintBrush’s position as it moves, like a computer mouse, across a sheet of paper, while simultaneously a controller compares that position to a pixel map of the image and calculates which pixel to print next. Amazing!

ZeroTouch is an optical multi-touch technique using infrared sensors. It can be mounted over a desktop, computer screen, or hang in the air.
With the ability to detect 20+ fingers and track objects in free space, this opens up a whole new world of interaction possibilities!

BlaBla, a “film for computer” by Vincent Morisset explores human communication in six interactive chapters.
A user’s experience of the film depends entirely on how he/she moves through it, clicking, scrolling and dragging to produce playful sounds and whimsical scenes made with 2D drawing, real-time 3D mapping and puppet stop-motion animation.

This use of video projection mapping tranforms a building into a twisting, bouncing, dancing machine. It’s also interactive; as audience members direct sounds into microphones, a massive face on the surface of the building appears to sing them.
Created by French architecture firm 1024 Architecture, PERSPECTIVE LYRIQUE was featured as part of the Lyon Festival of Lights in 2010.

Wish you could see what you’re flying over while you’re in the air? The site MondoWindow (still in beta) allows you to enter your flight information and access a bunch of data about the place you’re currently flying over.

Using 3D rendering your browser can do on it’s own — WebGL, the stuff that makes iPhone apps do little flips in 3D — this “Fractal Lab” allows you to build and view awesome 2D and 3D fractals as if your browser were a 3d rendering program. http://fractal.io/

This post on Creative Applications Network provides some insight as well: http://www.creativeapplications.net/webapp/fractal-lab-webapp/

Mayorama, a new iphone app designed by Daniel Luxemburg, makes it easier than ever to maintain and multiple your Foursquare mayor-ships.
With the 99-cent Mayorama app, you can check on your current mayorships, find out how many more check-ins will earn you mayor at your favorite spots around town and, using the smartphone’s GPS, you can see all the Foursquare venues around you in a list and plotted on a map.
When viewing these nearby venues (dubbed “targets”), the application will also display how many check-ins are required in order to become mayor. This lets competitive users easily find new venues in need of a mayor.

For those interested in capitalizing on the deal function of Foursquare, Mayorama gives you added ability to protect and increase your current deals. For those interested in location-based gaming, Mayorama opens up entirely new territories for conquering.
